For any queries, the Toylink customer service helpline & Whatsapp (+91 934520 11500) is open from Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm. The helpline is closed on Sundays and National Holidays, but if possible Toylink will try it’s best to resolve queries as soon as possible.

Return, Cancellation & Refund

Toylink provides an option of returning any products purchased within 24 hours of its receipt in the following conditions:

Used Product

A product cannot be returned once it has been used, worn out or torn/damaged. Please ensure that the product is in original condition and unused. You need to return the product with all the price tags, original packing, labels and invoice.

Suspect Damage

At times, the outer packaging may appear to be damaged, but the actual product is just fine in most of such cases. Toylink doesn’t take any liability for the damage of packaging. Get in touch with our customer care at +91 934520 11500 (Monday to Friday: 10am to 6pm) within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in case the product arrives damaged.

Defective Product

In case, you get a defective or damaged product from our side, we will return or replace it. However, the shipping cost for the return has to be borne by the customer. Please pursue the following process for returning an item purchased from Toylink

Incorrect Product

Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner,Toylink shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.

Discounted Product

If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.


Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If an order hasn’t been shipped, please go to your account page, then go to your orders section. Once in the orders page, click on the Request Cancellation button to request cancelation of the order.
